During this weekend, the second Viva F1 Swap Shop will be happening. Entries have already started appearing on various sites, written by fellow F1 fans who wish to have their work seen in a different context to usual.
Although I have neither produced nor hosted an entry this time around, I think the Swap Shop is an excellent idea and encourage everyone to read through the entries produced. The more the F1 community shares and mixes its comments in interesting ways, the better-informed and happier we will all be.
Oh thanks for the huge plug and the lovely comment. If a few people get to read something at a site they don't normally visit then I consider it a success but it's been much more than that with some really superb posts produced by the authors.
Jackie, you're welcome. The Swap Shop is a worthwihile project that will strengthen the F1 community, so it deserves all the plugs it gets :)
Any cookies here? ;-)
After exhaustive searching, there are 2 cookies on this blog. Both attach themselves to people who register themselves for the blog and log in. The one benefit of registering is that nobody can impersonate you in the comment.
Note that one of the cookies is a session cookie and the other is a cookie in common with other Blogbaker blogs (so that you only need one account for all of them). The latter cookie does not auto-expire, which is strange but not law-infringing. I get a third cookie as admin, which I think is for bug testing purposes.
Non-registered people, as far as I can tell, do not get cookies.
